The Tobermory Health Services Auxiliary Is excited to announce the first in a series of free Health and Wellbeing lectures.
MAINTAINING A HEALTHY BRAIN AS WE AGE
What does it mean to have a healthy brain? How are memory and attention affected by healthy aging and mild cognitive impairment? How do we help maintain a healthy brain as we age?
These are some of the questions and concepts that will be discussed in the first live educational session on health-related topics for the Tobermory community.
We are honoured and pleased to present our first guest speaker, Dr. Nicole Anderson, and her topic MEMORY AND AGING: WHAT’S NORMAL, WHAT’S NOT, AND WHAT YOU CAN DO ABOUT IT.
Please join us for this free informative lecture on the big screen at the Parks Canada Visitor Centre Auditorium on Tuesday January 28, 2025 at 2 pm. Dr. Anderson will give her presentation live through Zoom. There will be an opportunity to ask her questions.
