Join us for a gentle and accessible yoga class designed specifically for older adults. You'll be guided through a series of movements and breathing exercises that promote flexibility, balance, and relaxation. The class includes poses performed while seated in a chair and while standing, with modifications offered to suit all abilities.

This class is FREE for all participants ages 55+.

Instructor: Shawn Radcliffe
Shawn has been teaching yoga and meditation since 2009. He brings experience in leading gentle yoga, chair yoga, and personalized small-group sessions, creating a welcoming and supportive environment for all participants.
